Green Teas

Green Tea comes from the same plant as black tea, the Camellia Senesis. The difference being that the same leaves do not go through a fermenting process. Instead the leaves are steamed after they are dried. Green tea has a grassy flavor along with added flavors from fruits, herbs and flowers.
