White Teas

White tea leaves are also from the Camellia Senesis plant. The leaves are picked only twice a year at a very young stage just before the buds are beginning to open. The leaves are then partially fermented in a similar manner to the Oolong tea.

A superb combination of summer peaches, ripe apricots, and our delicate Pai Mu Tan. May be infused up to 3 times. Steep 1 tsp. of tea per cup in almost boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Sweeten if desired.

Experience a superior grade of oolong with an airy character and delicious orchid like notes. Steep 1-2 tsp. per cup in almost boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
